What if I cannot go that day?
You can give someone else, for instance whoever keeps the ticket, a notarial power of attorney to represent you and collect your share. It is signed at a notary's office before going to the bank. Without you or your power of attorney, the bank cannot identify you or pay you your share: tell the administrators as soon as you know you cannot go.
