What does this site cost? Does it keep part of the prize?
Nothing, and no. There is no commission, no surcharge on the ticket and it keeps no part of any prize, because the money does not come through here: there is no balance and no wallet. Each ticket costs whatever it costs at the shop where you buy it. Selling apps live on selling, and each one does it its own way; if you are interested, it is on their site.
