Is there an app for iPhone or Android?
There is nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play: the site installs from the browser and sits on your home screen with its own icon, like any other app.
On iPhone: open https://porsitoca.es in Safari, tap the share button (the square with the arrow pointing up), scroll down to “Add to Home Screen” and tap “Add”.
On Android: open https://porsitoca.es in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu and choose “Install app” or “Add to Home screen”.
